First off want to thank Scottrick and TahoeVon for the help and advice with completing this mod as they answered many PM's and emails!:Handshake: I tried using the baking method like TahoeVon did but after 4-5 tries and burning my hand I finally gave up and got the dremel out lol!:party33: After I got the lense cut off and cleaned everything up I painted everthing except for the inside part of the reflectors to give it a blacked out look! After the silicone dried I got the water hose and gave them a good soaking and so far they are not leaking!:hands:

Here's some pictures I just took with my iPhone. I haven't got a chance to install them in my Tahoe yet but I will def. post pictures once I do! Let me know what you think!:)

Thanks man!:Handshake: Yeah I've thought about painting the end piece by the reflector black so you can't see the silicone. Other than that spot you can't see any silicone!:party33:

Get that dremel out and go to town!:party33:

Thanks man!:Handshake: I know the feeling, I've been so busy that I haven't got a chance to stick them in the Tahoe. Hopefully everything will 100% water/moisture proof!:rocking: Can't wait to see pictures of yours too!

That looks good man:cheers: I baked my CTS lights a couple times and they still wouldn't come apart, so I finally decided to whip out my Dremel also and go to town.
That's going to look dope on the truck. Post up some pics when you get them back on.
