My 2018 Yukon Denali has 134K miles on the original brakes and I gave up waiting for them to wear out so she is down for a Brembo upgrade front & rear. I've had the Brembos sitting around for over a year.

Completed the rear today. I used calipers from a Gen6 Camaro SS. Rear pads had 40% life left and rotors show very little wear. After cleaning them they measure .7865" with new being .79" & below .73" is trash so I am reusing the original rear rotors.

Some trimming required to clear the 4 piston Brembo calipers . The 6 piston Brembos with 16.2" rotors for the front need new backing plates so that will be fun & likely tomorrow's project.

Here's before trimming.

Installed the PPV 16.2" front brakes with 6 piston Brembos. Quite the process to install the bigger backing plates with the front axles block access to the hub bolts. I can see why many don't change the backing plates.

Front calipers need a washer to align to the rotors and stock brake line works. Still need to bleed the brakes then will repaint my wheels while they are off.

These brakes are amazing yet very controllable. Plus the look Still looks new inside & out after 134K miles and drives & stops better than new now.

With those 16.2" rotor & 6 piston calipers I've read gas mileage takes a hit. I've never seen a tank less than 20mpg in the 80K + miles that I've owned it. Has 134K miles now.
My 1st 50 miles after the new brakes I was at 17.7mpg. Have about 200 miles on the brakes now and last 50 miles was 24.2mpg even with a few red lights. Will be interesting to see what the next tank ends up as I filled it yesterday.

When I installed the 305 wide 33" tall tires I calibrated my speedo to GPS.
