Can I install 15-inch steel wheels on 2001 LS?

Hi everyone, I'm trying to decide whether I can buy 15-inch Pro-Comp series 152 steel wheels in black to put on my 2001 tahoe, but I read somewhere that there can be issues with rubbing the breaks at that size?

They also sell 16 inch, but I sort of prefer the "more rubber" look....

Can anyone help????
