make em for the TBI motors..

Is the alt in the same place as on a vortec? and the battery too? If so the kit would work on TBI's. If I had access to older tahoes and newer tahoes id make big 3 kits for all our motors lol.

Measure the distance from your alt to your battery, and then from your battery to your chassis and il tell you if it works or not.

I think Dr. Overkill might be buying the kit.

However im pretty sure im gonna make big 3 kits for all engines on this site. I'm gonna make 5 for tbi motors, 5 for obs vortec's, 5 for nbs vortec's, and 5 for nnbs vortec's. I'll need to sell my rims to be able to afford everything but as soon as that happens (should be less than a month) il let you guys know.

I just wanted to vouch for Brandon. I bought his kit after the first deal didn't go through. He shipped promptly and provided highly detailed instructions, was even willing to take tech support phone calls if necessary :D I installed mine today without needing to call. Current ought to be flowing maximally now!

sorry i forgot about this, now my truck is in the shop, would you be able to guess the measurements from these photos? If not ill measure when I get it back. and where on the frame from the battery do i measure to. i took these photos from fullsizechevy.com
took this from fsc.com, the wire from positive terminal to the alternator. and i dont have that kind of battery terminals, i have the kind that screws into the sides.

I really wouldn't feel comfortable guessing the length from pictures. Yeah I could, be id MUCH rather have it measured, then il probably add another foot onto that just to be safe.

I need to know the distance from the negative battery terminal to the chassis, and then from the chassis to a good spot on the engine block such as an alternator bracket bolt.

@STXTahoe: I know the measurements for an OBS Vortec engine so you're good there. However I won't have any kits until someone buys my rims I have for sale.
