Also, there is an adapter out there for to retain the use of the steering wheel volume buttons. This is made by PAC. I have it and love it. It sucks to loose that feature when upgrading. You may also want to get a night vision camera for the rear. I got mine for $10 on ebay. Money well spent.

PS if you do install the camera, hide it well so criminals do see it and know you have nav.

Got it all installed yesterday, steering wheel controls and all. Rear camera when rolling down the street is wild...love the whole thing..still trying to get used to using it. I know where to come if I have a question about it! Thanks for all the advice it really is a sweet unit!

P.S. Makes the factory Bose sound 100 times better....have no idea how that happened but it's a great bonus! Just wish the weird tick it makes for turn signal wasn't so loud?

You can stream videos off youtube to the unit from an iphone. Just start up a video on the ipod, start youtube and it plays on the unit.

Wait, re-read what you wrote. Doesn't seem to make sense to me.

1. start a video on the ipod
2. start you tube
3. its on the unit

Ok.
1. Plug in iphone to iphone cable through the usb cable.
2. Press the source on the pioneer and select ipod video
3. Start a video that is on your ipod app on the iphone.
4. It should be playing now on the pioneer.
5. Press the middle button on the ipod.
6. Press the youtube app.
7. Search for any video.
8. Press play.
9. The youtube video should be playing through the pioneer.
10. This also works for any other website that the iphone can play videos from.
