Got it thanks I’ll start on that. But if I were to unplug the maf and the jerking stops that must mean it’s a maf issue right
well that would make it go into default mode, I have never tried it myself, I would assume it will drive like a dog but don't know
you could give a try and see what happens

Honestly didn’t notice anything different tried unplugging it and seeing if it would do that and it still did. I’m going to try to reinstall the throttle body and intake tube. If that doesn’t work I will unfortunately just take it to the shop. I needed a retune anyways…

I thought you only changed the maf?

Update

So I found a used OEM AcDelco MAF from a 2010 Denali installed it and had the same results as my original one. Where it would start and immediately die.

That being said here’s were I stand.
1. Original OEM MAF starts and dies
2. Duralast MAF has rough starts, stutters, but will run
3. Delphi MAF same results as the duralast MAF
4. 2010 Denali OEM MAF starts and dies exactly the my original one.

Now I’m wonder if it just does this from the OEM ones what does that mean?

my guess is something in the maf harness, I don't know
maybe a take a meter and probe the harness
get a helper to wiggle it around while the engine is ran
what does the maf read with a scanner?

For the DOD codes, the shop that installed the cam probably did the work, then started it before putting a tune in it to turn the dod system off. I would go back to them and have them pay for gm to re flash the ecu back to stock or have them flash it back to stock if they have the tools, then load the cam tune back in again with the systems turned off.
Once you set a code that has anything to do with emissions control, it will never be cleared until the problem is fixed. In this case, it won't clear in a hundred years no matter how many times you clear it or how much you drive it. You either need to put all the cam stuff back to stock and drive it for a bit, or the ecm needs to be flashed with a factory re-write to clear. Just don't start it again until the cam tune is installed.

BTW, your transmission relies on the proper air flow reading to know what line pressure to run. If the truck is not seeing enough air flow (which it isnt based on the code,) you are going to smoke your tranny very soon.

Hello,

Last weekend my truck decided to run but shortly after die. No codes were present so I had a guy bring his scanner and it appeared the MAF sensor was bad.

So I went ahead and cleaned my throttle body replaced the MAF sensor with a Delphi one and while the battery was disconnected let it set for 30 minutes so the ECM can do a relearn. However now my issue is that when I’m driving it will randomly jerk/stutter.

Facts:
Car: 2012 Escalade Cammed DOD/AFM and VVT deleted
Primary Code: P0102
Secondary: P0010, P3401, P3425, P3441

I’m starting to suspect I need a scanner to do a ECU, throttle body, and MAF relearn or reset. The shop I did my tube with has mixed reviews so I may also need a better tune
It is the clutch in thr torque converter.
The 8 or 10L80 transmissions need new ulv fluid changes and I have to take my Esclade to a transmission shop since I can't even check it with the closed system. It needs all new fluid but a few pan drops with new fluid helps solve it over time. Ultra Low Viscosity fluid.
