Can you bust a tire off its bead and put it back on and air it up? If your RCDLR module is bad, you can physically swap it out but it must be programmed to your VIN with a Tech-2 or equivalent. if you have a Tech-2 you can do it at home with a subscription to ACDelco's TDS system or let the dealer do it.
Chasing the same rabbit down a hole lol changed this RCDLR,reprogrammed the fob it worked a couple times then stopped. I didn't program the module to the vin tho. Are you able to do that with a snap on Apollo scanner?

Don't know. It has to be able to program modules and be a bi-directional scan tool. You would also need a subscription at ACDelco TDS.
