Needed: Liftgate Lock Striker Cover

My car wash lost the liftgate lock striker cover and I have learned that the part is discontinued. It is GM part # 20986778 in black. I haven't been successful in finding one online. Anyone have any insight into where I might find one? It is item 3 in the diagram.

Tabs bent or something, it's hardly retained.. mostly just lays there..
