Fasteners for ‘21 Tahoe trailer hitch cover

Trying to find out where I can get fasteners for trailer hitch cover for my ‘21 Tahoe. Cover part number is 85139540. Just bought new cover, but for some reason fasteners not included. ‍. Exploded diagram of bumper assembly clearly shows two fasteners that look like they are a wingnut type that probably lock in with a half turn or something like that. Thx in advance for any help

You can get them at a local dealer, if you don't mind paying the price.

The dealer price is $4.43 each, you need 2. That is what they pay, I am not sure what they will charge. That is the only price listed in the parts catalog.

My advice - Leave the tow ball and stinger connected!
My wife hit her shinbone on my hitch one day and cursed me. A few weeks later when I forgot to remove it, she was rear-ended by a mini-van. Even though the van was damaged pretty bad, it never touched even our bumper... After that - she told me "NEW RULE" - Hitch/stinger remains on the vehicle!
Since then, someone rear-ended my son's pickup - mom's rule saved his truck too!
