I got it this morning, GM 651.10

One of the items in the list is 'improvements to the accuracy of heated windshield notifications' not sure what that's about.

I had no idea I had a heated windshield!

Ok, I found it, but that seems to simply be app info and nothing more. I was trying to get to the app to see options for video, recording, etc.

If this requires a paid onstar subscription, then I'm not interested.

This is just verification that at least the software is definitely installed so it’s promising to know we’re one step closer to getting some resolution on this matter.

Agreed, I wasn't sure if there was more (the ability to open the app) or, just as you said, this is just an indicator of hopefully more to come.

Unfortunately I haven’t been able to get the app to open up just yet but I’m hopeful that we’ll get something more soon with the new model year approaching with possible updates. I just need to know if there’s anything hardware wise that we may need to make and save recordings that’s not already installed in our vehicles.

And I thought big blue was bad for suing Vintage Broncos because they were jealous.

Seems like that dealer can't figure out the lyriq's owner's problem.

What needs to be determined is with regards to the wiring harness in the overhead console.

Is there a connector in there for the interior camera that was promised in 2025 but only materialized in 26?

The camera from GM Parts is less then $200 if the harness is there.

While the screens/concept all look good, this very much screams 'subscription' to me and not something that I plan on paying for, which means I might end up installing my own.
