I just replaced the battery in my 2018 GMC Yukon XL Denali 6.2L. The keyfob door lock/unlock is the only thing that works. It will not start, no interior lights, power running boards do not work, etc. I have checked all of the fuses in the fuse box and they all check good. I am currently at a loss. Any advice on a remedy is absolutely appreciated. Thanks.

use a meter and check all the fusible links on the battery top fuse panel, if one of those got shorted out that would explain your issue.
and.. if this turns out to be the case the whole thing has to be replaced and it is around $90~130 or so
each of those links provide power to different systems.
otherwise if they all check good then try disconnecting the ground, let it sit a minute and then reconnect and try again.

if you accidentally touched the battery cables with a wrench or otherwise made any  while swapping batterys then that's when it could have happened.
it happened to me when installing a audio amp, it was defective out of the box and as soon as I connected the cables to test it out, it let all the smoke out and then all I had was some lights on the cluster and no start, I was petrified that it had fried the ecm or something but a little sleuthing determined it was a cooked fusible link. ran and grabbed one from the dealer and luckily that's all it was.

where is the fusible link located or what does it look like? I have a 2020 gmc Yukon with the same issue I believe and I can't find where they're located or what they look like.

it is the big multi wire connector that sits right on top of the battery, can't miss it...
each of those connectors is a fusible link, depending on the system each connector is rated for different amperage and it is stamped on the panel so like 80a 40a, etc
the only one without a fuse is whatever goes directly to the positive post.
will look similar to this if not identical, some vehicles vary a little
