2017 Tahoe intermediate no start no crank. Pops up on display service steering column lock. All gauges and acc. Come on and cycle but no start. New battery, new starter, all fuses have been checked and cleaned. All grounds have been removed cleaned and remounted. Not sure what else to do. Any help will be appreciated.

there's your sign-----> service steering column lock
sounds like your trying to do everything other than what it's telling you is wrong.
there is possibly a history code for it in gds2.....
column lock is i.e. for ignition switch or cylinder or associated mechanism if it is push to start.
what drove you to start throwing the parts cannon at it?

Everything I’ve researched was saying bad grounds. Are you saying it is the push to start switch? Or steering column module?

There is a module that "can" cause this problem, which results in a no start situation.
I am unsure if it could be the push switch or not.
ideally you would want to scan it and/or scan it when the problem is occurring because some modules are self correcting and will not "store" a code.

It doesn’t throw any codes. I have a innova 4610 scanner and can scan all modules. Nothing comes up.

then you will need a higher end scanner to see what the steering column lock status is when it happens in order to troubleshoot further.
or try and find a service manual and see what the troubleshooting tree is.
besides I don't think the 4610 reads certain body modules I have the latest 5610 v3 and it is not a birectional scanner.
for something like this I would use gds2 or an autel, snapon, bosch, etc
