I think I'm losing some lower control arm bushings... there's some low-speed clunking during Fwd <> Rev parking, and my new alignment (they redid the last one for free) is already off.

Annoying thing is how I had my car inspected less than four months ago, and said they looked good, and just replaced the lower ball joints. Wish I had a shop press.

Does anyone have experience with these? https://www.prothanesuspensionparts.com/7243

I should check to see if the four lower bolts will loosen and spin freely.

Ordered some LCA bushings, hardware kit, and a tool to change them. I should have just done it when I was installing the new lower ball joints not too long ago. On a different note, for some reason I have different sized shock bolt heads on each side of the front - 14mm and 15mm. They have identical threads and overall length. I thought I was going crazy trying to get the 15mm off with a 14mm socket.

Also ordered some rust treatment products from Eastwood, and some RPO code: U41 aerosol paint & clear coat from the evilbay website. I'll try to remove all the rust, convert and seal it up, then Picaso the wheel wells.... and then probably order some fender flairs after disappointing myself with the art project. If anyone has experience with the linked fender flairs, please let me know how they are.

I just got a cheapo to start with, its a redtiger f9 lite. no screen on it, tucks up nice under the mirror to where i cant see it, but its below my tint line.

Amazon had a 15% coupon so it was like 60 bucks. Co worker has one and it seems nice

Will do a separate thread, but what I learned today.....don't buy AC Delco Gold reman calipers. I know I won't ever again.

I know that gets tossed around here with mixed reviews, but I figured they would be of decent quality and not a hodge podge of parts.

That's pretty mild for this town, this place is like a wild animal park with no fences
Years ago, we raced at your Stockton dirt oval raceway..... ( neat track, BTW).....
I saw empty properties..... lot's of barbed wire on the chain link fencing....
