I think there is a relay that sends 12v to your lock relays. Worth a check.

Appreciate the input. Definitely crossed my mind that BCM has fried/glitched out somehow. But hopefully not *crossing fingers* .. but in regards to the relays.. Happen to know location & relay#(s)?Have you checked your relays for the power locks? After all the steps you took already and no luck…. Sounds like a suspect relay or bcm freak out.
Ya, looks clean, figured it might be worth a shot to take a look at anyway. So i checked that harness and it’s impeccable. I wanted to test each relevant pin with the multimeter but apparently i don’t have a setting low enough to get a proper measurement, or i just don’t know wtf I’m doing (or both) electronics is not my strong point
But to the feel test the pins are secure and tight and so clean looks like it just rolled off the assembly line.. wouldn’t you all agree ??

I also looked at fuse#43 on the driver’s side.. looked OK to me
I am starting to think BCM, or pinched wire somewhere in any of the harnesses..
Orrrr…. What? Other than the current possibilities of:
-Pinched/corroded wire hidden somewhere either in wiring harnesses or battery cables
-BCM issue
What else could it be?
It is indeed interesting you say that, because remember in post #24 just above when i said i checked fuse #43 ?#44 in the passenger side fuse box is door window motor. I think that relay is for right side doors and windows. If there is a bad or corroded connection, or bad relay you would get strange issues that happen intermittently. Could even be stuck and when it shakes you get connection in the relay. It would be cheap and easy to replace both side relays and see what happens. Good luck.
One thing’s for sure when we get it solved for real it will provide easier troubleshooting & save the next Tahoe/yukon owner a lot of head and heartache . . .curious to see where this ends up in case the same thing ever happens to mine or the wifes
Bad driver door module? (switches)
more specifically driver door module meaningthe door lock actuator orthe actual switch you press to lock & unlock?
But it’s $14 on rockauto for GM genuine ???? Or is this the wrong part?ya easy enough to swap out the switch with a used one, I bought one for the wife's suburban it wasn't that much maybe $35-40 off of ebay
if that's all you want to replace or try, I bought the whole switch on ebay complete
do you have a pic? there’s no other listing on rockauto and i’m not seeing anything that looks like a complete assembly on eBayif that's all you want to replace or try, I bought the whole switch on ebay complete

Nice that you have a separate switch. Integrated on the 07-14's.
Negative. I don’t have access to a bi-directional. I only have an old autel i use for checking cel’s but i never even bothered to hook it up on the ‘hoe . . .@PPV_2018 Have you put a bi-directional scan tool on this yet?
I meant to the exact switch you found, i already used similar search query and came up with the same results, nothing looks different. I see plenty window switch assemblies that are full and complete, but not what I’m looking for. Is your wife’s burb a k2? If not maybe the switch assembly changed . . .
Frick it, i just ordered one. For basically $20 why not, we’re still on the cheap end of the parts cannon. When it comes in I will replace with the new one, see what happens . . .Nice that you have a separate switch. Integrated on the 07-14's.
You could always remove yours first to test.
If it looks right, and it's listed for your vehicle, it does look like a simple (cheap) part.
Yep k2, I think I'm confusing windows switch with door lock switch, I rarely drive hers and my Silverado automatically unlocks when I shut it off so I barely if ever use the door lock switch or I just pull the handle twiceNegative.
