I’m thinking of pairing it with the larger one, I’m assuming it’s the touring?
Can you print or get me one of the fuse holders I will pay for your expenses.Pretty satisfied with how this whole project turned out. My son and I swapped in a brand new (kinda) 220a GM alternator. The regulator had a broken connector so I showed him how to remove the stock alternator's regulator and swap it over. After that, we designed a Megafuse mount, and wired it in. Everything came out pretty damned good, for less than $200. Only thing I have left to do is reprint the mount in TPU instead of PETG since I ran out.

Sure. I'm still waiting on testing my TPU variant. Once I test that I can send you one. This is the fuse and fuse holder I used: https://a.co/d/dZboYDuCan you print or get me one of the fuse holders I will pay for your expenses.

In other news, I was able to install my reverse leveling kit. The shock brackets didn't fit without some massaging. Before and after pics:

Hoping to head to exhaust shop tomorrow.
I'm pretty happy with how it sits now, I don't have autoride on this, so I don't have any room for adjustment. I thought I had autoride because I can hear something cycling under the driver side hood area when I unlock the Yukon, but guess not. After replacing my front and rear shocks/struts OEM, here is my 2018 Luxury stock. I also reset the car on a level surface. I think that because they changed the front and rear control arms from aluminum to steel, this caused the 2015-2017 1/2 trucks to look like your truck.
that is the fuel pump priming and other things coming to life on the K2's when you unlock it or open the drivers door, there noisy. the engine makes some normal noise's also the injectors are "clicky", in general it kind of sounds like a windup watch while running. you'll here a click, click, click like once a second or so if you ever sit and just listen to the motor run. In other news, TPU version of the fuse holder is printing now. I want to test it on mine before I print yours. If all goes well, I'll probably be able to ship it out on Monday or Tuesday...weather permitting. Winter storm of some sorts blows in Sunday, and being in MO, that could mean snowmageddon, ice storm, or a brisk breeze.
Yea, I've noticed these make a lot of noises, some new, some old. The weird thing about the pump noise under the hood is that the pump will be running when I shut the truck off and when I unlock it.that is the fuel pump priming and other things coming to life on the K2's when you unlock it or open the drivers door, there noisy. the engine makes some normal noise's also the injectors are "clicky", in general it kind of sounds like a windup watch while running. you'll here a click, click, click like once a second or so if you ever sit and just listen to the motor run. Don't quote me but I believe mexico gets the 2 door short cab version only , big bucks to have em transported into US I think. Ive seen some pretty badass builds in that versionNot Tahoe or Yukon related, but I saw this today. I never knew they made this generation with no extended cab and a short bed. It looked ok but a little misproportioned.
I haven't really messed with TPU and under-hood environments but some ABS blend is still my go-to for high temp areas and most car things I print. I feel like when I got into printing like 2016 or 2017 everybody and their dog was trying to steer every new would-be-printer away from ABS as it can be finnicky to print (and admittedly it was very difficult to know from batch to batch and brand to brand what the blend was and how it would print/warp/etc) BUT once you get that figured out I love it. ABS is so much easier to clean up parts by hand with a knife or with sandpaper and the parts hold up great.Yea, I've noticed these make a lot of noises, some new, some old. Also, TPU on the fuse holder was a bust. I went back to PETG, and made the base a little longer so a nut could be added after the install to help solidify the mounting. I have the new one printed, but wasn't able to install\test it last night. Should be today, hopefully. Kind of at the exhaust shop's mercy today.
Great information!!I had the same issue! But after realizing how much it needed to be massaged to get it to fit, I decided to look at Silverados with the same headers and realized they didn't have the same issue. They have a different joint, and found one at the local pick a part fit cheap. Highly recommended.
Cheapest way I found to get that piece was thru AmazonGreat information!!
Although it seems you can’t purchase that piece by itself. Have to purchase the intermediate shaft assembly.
