The parts truck I acquired for a 4 wheeler I traded
Rusted out but got a lot of good parts
Interior and motor is going in the Tahoe the differentials front and rear will be built re geared and swapped into the Tahoe then the one I pull out the Tahoe will eventually go into the Silverado to convert it to 4wd
Interior was in great shape
Probably swapping the grill over along with the black mirrors handles and headlights into the Tahoe and deleting most of the chrome
I’ll built the motor out of this mild build but probably port the stock heads and get a valve job done along with new seals and springs maybe a stage 4 cam and new top end I eventually want to boost this down the road but got a lot of other projects I need to finish first.
Cool project.

It’s amazing how you have water in the yard every time you post.

Past two guys who’s come to trade or buy something has been amazed at the crabs in my ditch’s and in my garage I went to go move a wheel and homie was like “holy shit home boy has fiddler crabs in his garage he weren’t lying about being out in the boonies”
I got a “ripstick” I ride in the driveway with my daughter and when I went to move it the other day a crab crawled out from under it with his one big claw trying to get my foot

Gives a whole new meaning to having crabs.

Great build thread -enjoyed reading it.
I still have a lot in store but first things first
New seals and gaskets dod delete and cam swap on this new motor I might have the heads worked up while it’s apart (ported and valve job) get it swapped in.

Get the lift kit and anything that unbolts powder coated

Get the lithium swap done for the battery delete

Swap the black seats into it
New black carpet front and rear
Black headliner with the rolls Royce start light in it

Swap the new black headlights and grille mirrors handles off the avalanche onto it

Get the passenger fender and rear bumper fixed and painted along with new smoked taillights (2015 Cadillac style)

And some other stuff but that’s enough to keep me busy on top of everything else I got going on

Ain’t done much I did slap the front end back together to move her out the carport
For my daughters birthday party
Traded the snowflakes for some 26x14s that I may or may not repaint I kinda like the red but the suspension needs to be repowdered bad it’s getting pretty rusty (lift kit) then I’ll piece together the rest a couple pieces at a time so it won’t be so damn expensive

Had to use some stock struts with the 6” spacer since the 7-9” struts off the truck wouldn’t fit it and the control arm is hitting the spacer so my man randeez hooked me up with his old coil overs so I can get her drivable enough to go get aligned
May put a water pump gasket on it but I think it’s coming from the shaft so it probably needs a new water pump I’m guessing? I don’t wanna tear too deep in this old motor when I need to get the new one ready to swap in I just need to get her drivable enough so I got a backup vehicle if needed.
Gunna be slow going on this thing I don’t see the extra cash coming for a couple months now I need to get back in the perdium and overtime and get some of these house projects knocked out before i can mess with her..

Still need to swap the new headlights out the avalanche I got the seats out too but I really want to sound deaden the inside and put new black carpet down before I put the seats in so I don’t have to do it twice rather be one and done

Finally got some good plug wires but she’s still got a misfire idling and when it goes into overdrive I’m thinking the injectors may be clogged up because I’ve done the o2 sensor plugs wires and swapped coil packs with no change.
