Yes behind both headlights and on each side of the radiator.

What are the names/part numbers for those rubbery flappy panels on each side of the radiator that help direct airflow into the radiator?

I've seen them posted and talked about in the forums, but don't know what to search for

Grommets. I used FEL-PRO VS 50504 R-1 kit for mine. Two valve cover gaskets and eight grommets. The grommets are a bit of a mofo to pop in. Here's what I did: https://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/threads/growing-up-doesnt-have-to-suck.93510/post-1669160

I put the grommet on the bolt and popped them right in. Little lube helped but it was pretty much effortless.

err window switch still erratic, at least a new one is cheap and easy like some women

Drain and fill Front Diff
Drain and fill rear Diff
Drain and fill transfer case
Install Stabilizer links (front left and right). Mine were completely shot.

These tasks were super easy and I would definitely NOT take it to the shop if you have a few tools and some time..

Looks like I need to replace the rack and pinion so that's up next..

ya I cleaned it yesterday and tested it many times and it was working fine and then today it's back to being intermittent.
new oem one's are like $25 2587776 which is superseded by 22895545
same switch is used in a ton of years and models.
new one should be here in a few days

Swapped my not-wintertime wheels and tires on today. Then drove to the carwash to spray it down.

The hub-centric spacers I have were too thick, and left a gap between the wheel and rotor about 0.125" which sucks. I'm looking for someone with a lathe to thin them down. Neighbor says he knows a guy.

Also figured it was a good time (not raining) to swap in that different muffler. The one that came with my cat-back system was basically a header muffler, but larger. It had zero packing material to absorb sound, and the drone was a bit much for the kids or anyone in the back seat.

Grabber an Xcelerator straight-through muffler, and painted it (seems to be pointless...) to match the rest of the T409 system.

Sounds decent, but much less drone.... However I'll have to wait until I ride in the back to see how much less resonance/drone there is.

Here is a header/collector muffler. This actually has some semblance of sound absorbing material. My muffler had none.

Unfortunately my R&P is showing signs that it needs to be replaced.
Bumps make the steering wheel shake, sometimes its hard to turn. I can turn it more on one side than the other. All signs that R&P is failing..

I replaced mine with a reman from Rock Auto and it’s been fine ever since.
