I recently bought a 2004 Tahoe and realized after opening the sunroof that one of the arms on the air deflector are broke. Does anyone know a part number or where I can get a replacement? Any and all help or advice is appreciated.

Plug your VIN in over at GMPartsGiant or GMPartsDirect and see if you can get the number there. I reckon you'll have to check your local salvage yard or Ebay.

I'm in the same boat. There has got to be someone who can 3D Print these. Now granted, there is a flexible area that might make things complicated. I tried to find the part number for this particular piece but, I think it's included with the frame only.

Same boat.. I leaned on it and snap!
I thought it would compress until it bottoms out! I also broke the front tabs that connect to the spring..

Thought about junkyard.. will need to bring a battery to power the sunroof back?
And that's assuming I can replace the spring part that holds the plastic tab.. Will work on disassembling sring end today..

If you bring a battery with you, a drill battery will work.

Front clips may not be removeable..The pin has a groove that the plastic fits in.. Even if you get the plastic tab out of the groove, the tension on the pin angles the end eyelets, making it not want to slide out. With the plastic clip broken, the pin slides put easily..

3d print a clip if cannot remove without breaking?

Or cut the nub on the plastic and use long little screw and nut to retain it.. Or maybe a few e-clip's can fit on the pin if enough clearance..(doesn't seem like it would fit unless you file the plastic bracket for more clearance)

Might be better to cut the bracket at the junkyard, and attempt disassembly on a workbench..
