Amazing!!Our unicorn order has finally been accepted....2023 Yukon XL Denali Ultimate with the 3.0L Duramax. We were number one on our dealers list since the Ultimate was released. TPW is 3/18. Should have it early April.
I don’t know exactly what I did. I didn’t do anything specifically to be honest. My only guess is that the dealer may have put my email in when they placed the order with GM and so now it has it on my profile.pruittatl, what did you have todo to get these emails from GMC? I have never received one.
Congrats !!!I ordered mine in late Dec 22. Order accepted today. Dealer estimates mid May delivery which is what we expected.
I received this same email today even though my original TPW was 3/20. Contacted my dealer and they said my order went from 3000 to 3300 and now shows a TPW of 3/6. I'm guessing this email comes out when your order changes from 3000 to 3300. Happy to hear that it's moving faster than anticipated.When I got this email from GMC today saying the truck was already built... 2 business days after getting Event Code 3000, I was a little confused / surprised. So talked to the dealership and they were still seeing Event Code 3000 today but GMC chat advisor/agent said it is at 3400 today and has a TPW of 2/27/2023 (next week.) I am pretty shocked that it is moving through the system this fast... fingers crossed everything keeps going quickly and the transport to the dealership doesnt take very long.

This makes sense. My TPW is today 2/27 and I received that email last monday. So with you getting that email today and your TPW being next monday/week I guess it automatically gets sent out a week prior to the TPW. Its a little confusing to say its already "built" when its not supposed to be built for another week haha. But hell....progress is good! Cheers to hopefully getting our new trucks soon!I received this same email today even though my original TPW was 3/20. Dealer refuses to provide any order number information, so I have no clue what is happening, ever. Sometimes he tells me "maybe next week" but other than that there is no real information about it ever.
Dealer should be able to provide a six digit order number right away. Your build has a lot of items that are commonly on constraint. Your dealer needs to receive an allocation for a shortie Yukon, Denali trim, 3.0L diesel, Max Trailer Package, Advanced Tech Package, etc. all in the same allocation period in order for your order to get accepted and scheduled by GM. I know Max Trailer is on 0% constraint right now which means zero Max Trailer builds are being built unless you order a Denali Ultimate. In my opinion, you would be able to get a Denali Ultimate faster than your build, but things could change at any time.Build Details;

That means your vehicle should be built in 3-4 weeks. Keep in mind that once you get the next email saying it was “built,” it actually just means your order was loaded on the assembly plant computer. Vehicle is actually built about a week after that email.I ordered mine late Dec 2022. Got this today:

This 100%! We were just talking about this exact thing in this thread above. It’s odd they send the email saying it’s built a week before it actually has the TPWThat means your vehicle should be built in 3-4 weeks.
