And just finished. Super happy with the install. The only pita is reaching under to switch it to free spool. Other than that it’s a great setup that features the ability for self recovery while being understated.

Mounting a 12k badlands winch on my Yukon XL using a rough country hidden mount for a Sierra since there’s no such thing for my application :/
Going good so far and now have everything done except the hole in the air dam.
Should be complete by tomorrow and thank god it has a wireless remote lol.
Need to post pics of the whole rig!! Let's see it

So thanks to the bumps top thread over In the other subforum, I realized mine were done or missing. Had a front driver halfway done and my rear pass was completely missing. Seems to ride better but maybe it's just me. Front are new kybs and in the rear I have new oem ACD nivomats.

Well the fronts aren’t bumpstops like the rears are. The rears will only make contact if you try to do jumps or your shocks are shot and you’re hauling a ton. But those front jounce stops are used all the time as fulcrums for the torsion bars unless you’re lifted and haven’t adjusted how they mount.

I need to replace all the bump stops on mine. The fronts have completely disintegrated and the rear is are now crumbling apart as well. Where'd you buy these from? Have a link by any chance?

They were maybe 2/16 away from touching the control arm. I'm thinking it made a huge difference in ride. I ordered Amazon units and seemed like good quality.

What’d I do to my GMT800?? I drove it 2,694.71 miles, from Palm Springs, California where it’s been in storage since the beginning of the pandemic back to New Jersey. That and my Yamaha (Star) Stryker.

Ready to start the mods again. I’ve ordered four new window motors + regulators, everything I’ll need for hydro boost conversion, 2020 Silverado calipers and Raybestos Element3 rotors, StopTech SS lines, new OEM water pump, Rigid Reflect UTV mirrors to replace the Dumbo ears..

What’s more, I recently started welding, so I’m planning to swap out my current Iron Cross bumper with a Move bumper kit.

Hoping this rust metal primer sticks good to the aluminum, I probably could have roughed it up better, but if it runs long enough for the paint to start peeling I will consider it a win, lol

1/8". They were maybe an eighth away from touching.

I tried to let it go when I saw it last night but had to set The Universe straight this morning cuz I'm fighting odd vibes due to an unforeseen event that took place on my way to the gas station an hour ago.

Whew! Moving on...

Haha. I worked in construction all my life and I don’t think I’ve ever heard someone say 2/16 in my life until I saw that post. Now, we did use the description of 1/16 minus or 3/16 plus when shooting lines with a transom, just because there aren’t 1/32” lines on a tape measure and the young generations don’t seem to even know what they are.

Now with that said, what was the unforeseen event?
