I think its pretty clear they are not... unless the issues for trucks of each date range are different and they are going FIFO within those groups. Nice to see another March 23rd'er on here, misery likes company.

Update for all:
Heard from my dealer a few minutes ago that my truck built 4/13 is in the affected group. According to him it is the power mirror controller, and that we are looking at 2-3 months to get parts and clear backlog. He's looking into getting me a '23 order (wanted one of the new colors from the get go that wasn't offered on '21-'22). I'm betting if they can get an allocation, I'll see the '23 before the '22 even ships.

Power mirrors come on even the base level trims (SLE/LS) so this would affect everything that goes down the line... :/

Low and behold. Today I was able to see my window sticker. It’s finally available as of today (I’ve been checking almost daily since my truck was produced).
So timeline so far:
~12/29 - ordered
4/7 - order accepted
~5/16 - produced and moved to midlo
6/24 - window sticker available
But no ETA from dealer yet or any other info.

Just received update from dealer saying they can see the truck in VIN view and it’s getting ready for transport. Not sure if I’m just lucky or if the entire power mirror chip thing is a hoax?
Whatever it is, with all the recent movement for some of us here it seems GM is eager to close out the quarter with additional units invoiced/shipped.
Will be interesting to see how many more will start seeing movement here in next few days before month end.

I think it's just a supply issue with the chips trickling in and they just get whatever trucks out they can that week. Maybe getting your name on the top of the list with the resolution team helps and that's why Kate's moved?
That's probably why we see a couple here and there, but overall, its clear the 4,000-8,000 number we have been hearing is true and they are just trying their best and don't understand a little communication goes a long way.

Great news, I can only hope they are shipping a bunch up north. My dealer was closed today, maybe Ill have news on Monday. Wonder if the next sign for you will be to appear in dealer inventory as in transit?

There still has been no change. I'm still doing everything possible to get "your" vehicle to you.”
So I replied and let her Konica there WAS an update. Like how in the actual FK did I get this email. The email implies “your” vehicle is still in Midlothian. SMH.
It’s what Linton told me…probably more about getting things moving and it was “just your time” vs them actually doing something…

I looked at my dealer's inventory and found a couple of Tahoes with newer VINs than mine. I used the VINs in the Chevy chat and confirmed they were built the same day but didn't go to Midlothian and instead were headed to the railyard etc.

You may have mentioned this already, but is your vehicle showing up on the Chevy inventory page?
No not yet. I’m guessing that maybe once it’s on the train it will show?
Not sure it’s moved Arlington. It was showing at the lot. Who knows when it might actually be put on the train and the train heads to us.
