Hopefully you have a salesman. The first time I ordered they never told me I couldn’t get the Rear media package. After 3 weeks we went up the dealership and the salesman was busy. We ended up talking to the manager and he informed us out order was never going anywhere. We told them to take it off. Walked out and went to another dealership and placed an order. Still haven’t heard a word from the first dealership.

12/21 - Ordered Tahoe premier loaded
2/22 - canceled Tahoe
2/22 - Ordered Yukon Denali loaded without RSE
3/22 - canceled Yukon Denali
3/22 - Ordered Yukon Denali XL with reserve package

The Tahoe we ordered was on constraint until after March, when I wanted to modify the order they kept telling me they can’t add this or that. Growing impatient and seeing Yukons had a better probability to be accepted specially the Denali models we decided to cancel the Tahoe and switch to the Yukon.

Went to GMC dealer worked with the sales manager and got my order submitted on the spot. 5th in line for shorts.

Up to this point the only vehicle I saw and test drive was a Tahoe high country at another dealer. Couldn’t find anything else on a lot. Based on the high country I figured the short would work and had enough space for a stroller but it would be tight. I continued to watch reviews on YouTube and finally came across a mom reviewing tahoes and Yukons with strollers and other items and realized the short wasn’t going to cut it, so I pulled the trigger and went for the XL.

Now I’m 2nd in line for an XL at my dealer somewhat patiently waiting for order acceptance lol.

Hoping it get picked up soon since there is talk of orders transferring over to 2023 models soon. GM needs to get it in gear to meet the demand.

Placed my order for a LT with Signature Package, second row power buckets on 2/19. Order was accepted by GM on 3/8, TPW was 3/28, checked with dealer today and it is at 4300 code with a tentative delivery date of 4/22. Hoping that delivery date is met, the wife is getting excited for her new ride.
My ETA is 4/22 as well & currently at 4300. Getting real !

Mine was built last week - sitting at the plant in arlington with no eta. Final destination is 20 miles away. Ordered in December…very frustrating.
I got notified today my Tahoe is built. Waiting for delivery. It’s going to Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine. Maybe since our are close we’ll get them soon.

Hello everyone! It certainly appears that I’m not alone in getting impatient for progress on my truck order.

Order specs - Suburban 6.2l Z71 w/ sunroof, off-road package, and max trailering.

Jan 20 - Order submitted by dealer.

As of Apr 15, order is still sitting at status 1100 according to Chevy.com, and awaiting for my dealer’s allocation to match up with my place in line.

Dealer repeatedly states that they have allocation, but due to Z71 and max trailering constraints, they are waiting for GM to pick up the order.

Now in the runaround where GM says to check with the dealer for further details, but the dealer continues to claim that they are waiting on GM. I’ve confirmed with the dealer that there are no options on stop order, just constraint. Not the best customer experience.

Anyone having similar issues getting estimates in TPW or when their order will be moved along? Discouraging that it’s been almost 3 months with zero progress. Any suggestions?
