Mine is not a PPV. I found it on eBay.IS your ride a PPV or did you buy the cluster somewhere? I'm looking for one, or at least the PPV cluster face, but haven't yet found either anywhere online. Any suggestions?
You have to use your own bulbs, I have led's already, might go with some switchback's thoughI don’t understand why the turn signals aren’t LED. That makes zero sense to me and then they call them hybrids because of that.
ha, I got ya'll beat 9.6, i'm lucky if I get 13 on a long haul like 600 miles or moreYou should most definitely quit your bitchin. I get 10-11. I’ll post a pic of my avg tomorrow.
You and I are some heavy footed fks behind the wheel huh? Lolha, I got ya'll beat 9.6, i'm lucky if I get 13 on a long haul like 600 miles or more
I understand but in nearly all lights in that price range they’re all built-in led with no bulbs needed to be added in. Usually the accent is used as a turn signal, as a switchback that turns yellow when the turn signal is on and they go back to white when it turns off, like factory lights. That’s what I would expect from these at the price. Those have reflectors in the turn signal area like old school which is weird to me. Just my opinion. You have to use your own bulbs, I have led's already, might go with some switchback's though
pretty much, nobody gets anywhere faster than me unless they are flying, I think I have watched cannonball run to many timesYou and I are some heavy footed fks behind the wheel huh? Lol
I agree but I hope the build quality is good for the rest of it I can deal with the turn signal part, maybe they didn't do it because these dam yukons have some weird wiring for the lights, remember the issue with getting the resistor working correctly?I understand but in nearly all lights in that price range they’re all built-in led with no bulbs needed to be added in. I wanted to get one for my work van. Where'd you find it? Expensive?
Say what?!? I didn’t even know they made those. There’s a good chance that you can always learn something new every day. Thank you for that one.had this for over a month now. Who knows when I’ll get it installed.
That’s the opposite of what @Doubeleive gets…his numbers are closer to 10-11 gallons per mile. Unless he’s in the carpool lane. You should most definitely quit your bitchin. I get 10-11. I’ll post a pic of my avg tomorrow.

If I had to guess, that’s exactly the reasoning that came to mind. I have been running switchbacks for years and have had zero issue with them other than the initial check to ensure you have the polarity correct. If you get the infamous rapid blink on when you hit the switch, just spin the bulb and try it again.I agree but I hope the build quality is good for the rest of it I can deal with the turn signal part, maybe they didn't do it because these dam yukons have some weird wiring for the lights, remember the issue with getting the resistor working correctly?
I found it on Amazon. There are several common sizes, basically metric. This one is 7.6’ wide by 8.2’ deep. Almost all just vary in width only. It was $150. Not expensive in that arena.I wanted to get one for my work van. Where'd you find it? Expensive?
I’ve seen some mention of a $100 awning from NAPA @Tonyrodz . Check YouTube.I found it on Amazon. There are several common sizes, basically metric. This one is 7.6’ wide by 8.2’ deep. Almost all just vary in width only. It was $150. Not expensive in that arena.

And you have a 6l80. 6.2 also? If I had that combo I’d be right around that as well.mines on fire

maybe, I get the same in the silverado which is a 5.3 6l80 (l83), for me to get 11 mph I would have to slow waaaay downAnd you have a 6l80. 6.2 also? If I had that combo I’d be right around that as well.
I know they do sell a setup like that because a guy had mentioned his setup while towing. I forget if they were oem or aftermarket. Sorry not too helpful, but they do make them that work with the factory mirror switch--according to him lol.Has anyone who does any kind of towing swapped out their foldable lighted OEM mirrors for something better suited for towing a trailer? Either doubles or an extended setup that still works with the mirror switch? I have a set of the molded “clip on” style that work fine, but I’m looking for something different.
