my uncle up in maryland went n bought one (or might be an atsv i think) as a retirement toy, he did approve of this

truck is working pretty well, last couple drives have been drama free, its still my bottom *****, soon as pusher fan gets here and installed i think it i will be close to daily ready. ac system and chiller working great with the freon charge thats in it.
last couple drives have been good but i just need to keep an eye on the temp and cut ac off if im idling in traffic too long, would be nice to drive it without having to watch logs the whole time. after some torture testing i'll feel better about just hopping in it and driving it.

ctsv is pretty quick, theres a "lump" in the gas pedal...while i was pussyfooting around if you only press it to there it only opens throttle about 60%...after you mash it over that lump she opens up pretty nice. i pulled the tune and did a short log of it. i may do some not-so-performance mods to it..catch can, larger a2w tank/pump, i guess theres an IAT in the intake pipe, and an IAT2 after the supercharger that i wasnt logging. everything in the log looked fine but it showed like 6* of timing being pulled WOT, but was still running like 25* of timing. googling around looks like the sensor after the SC shoots up going WOT and it pulls a ton of timing usually. so i need to log that but it makes sense.
Uh oh, here we go..... :burnout:

no 9...but 141mph trap speed lol up from the old 136mph or so before, so thats pretty much all efficiency gained. 1/4 mile calc for 136@6k lbs is 1162hp 141@6klbs is 1296hp - so nearly 140hp gained with just making it flow better.

again... i knew i was limited on 3 main fronts with old build; turbo, fuel, and tuning.
turbo - check
fuel - nope, pump should be here whenever, ill still need to buy bigger injectors.
tuning - its possible with hptuners and im going to continue to use it for now, but im just at the limit with what boost the ecm will read so as it gets to the point that it maxes out it fuels it per the last cell value. so whatever my fuel is for 255kpa anything above that gets that fueling so long as i watch the afr its fine. so make the value a little rich, when rpm moves thru actual 255kpa itll be rich but i can extend range till i see the afr going lean , larger injectors will have to be scaled even more

the good.... with hood open i was able to get some colder chiller water and keep intake temps more better.
the belt!?!!? stayed on, couple 1/4 miles a whole bunch on the street - i think im calling it good. i did buy some more belts so still leave one and a 15mm in the truck to put in on.

also i forgot to tighten up the front limiting straps :emotions122:
im pretty sure it wouldve helped tremendously cause i heard em the whole time trying to pull the tire up and clanking around. just had my mind somewhere else and never even thought about it.
not sure if it would have been enough but definitely would have been closer

Belt problem resolved? Meh. Now this thread is gonna be boring.
