So lets say a previous owner never signed a title over to you, couldnt get a lost title either, so you go to a auto bond place, pay a fee and they issue a bond that basically gives 5 years time for another title to surface, if another title surfaces and they deem that person the legal owner you loose your vehicle basically... Its sketchy shit for sure, Ive done them on vehicles where the prior owner had died and I had bill of sales to reflect that also. Its one of those things where too many things were against the truck and the paperwork being like that and not in his name was red flag #5... Always trust your gut boys... and girls....
I agree with you.

took her for a 500 mile road trip for some boom boom, did fine except at high altitude the tru-cool is driving the temp up because I have it front of the radiator going to have to drop it down and mod the lower grill I guess, saw someone on here did that recently who was it???? since the trans was built with more clutches and stuff she runs a little warmer when pushed I had it up to 193 and temp went up to about 230 that was at about 7-8000 feet and 90 Deg's ambient. anytime the trans went over 180 it made the temp go up, no likee

it's a ppv cluster with a white overlay and red & blue led's chrome indicators, custom made
you can get the overlay online, I would have to look again to find the 1 person that makes them for the ppv clusters

Licorice...blech. I think aside from the time they attempted single-serving salad packs, licorice has to be the most universally hated "candy" on the planet.

The red stuff is good, the black licorice has got to be Satan's ass sweat. I'd say candy corn and "Orange Slices" are about equally as repulsive.

I changed one of the HVAC actuators on theothertwin over the weekend, but didn’t drive it until this morning. When I tap the button to turn AC on, the yellow led flashes a couple of times then stays off.

im guessing it needs to go through a relearn cycle. IIRC, that’s as simple as disconnecting the batteries for a bit then reconnect.

Too bad your tech2 won't work. that's an easy way to get that done.

Give that a try, and don’t touch the controls for a few minutes after starting the truck. Let it run and calibrate the actuators. You don’t have it set to any of the defrost functions do you because the AC won’t work when it’s set to those.

It worked for the actuator. Jury is still out on the system.
