Has it been doing this for awhile or has it just started recently? Which coolant and how old is it? Could be an internal blockage. Last thing is your radiator, how's the condition of that? Having any coolant loss? How high is the temp getting? My coolant temp also rises.

What brand water pump? Brand of the clutch fan? Possible to get bad parts out of the box. You usually get what you pay for with that cheap crap. It’s a very new problem. Orange dex, water pump, thermostat, and coolant are less than a month old. I had coolant loss with my old water pump, new one is not leaking a drop. The temp goes about 3/4 of the way to max and the AC is uncomfortably hot.
When I drive it’s ice cold though

Is the ac clutch engaged or off.Is it cycling .Has tension

Could be a couple of things. First is the fan clutch and then there may be a small leak to where it's time to add some refrigerant to the system. Replacing the service ports on two different vehicles solved the slow leaks and made them cold again. When the condenser and compressors wear out, they will also make the AC hot at low or no speed. Do the cheap and easy stuff first.
Fan shroud in place and complete?
There’s your problem, the shroud is important.I will check and get back to this thread
Thank you for the help, Im going to check the 134 charge first, and then my ac clutch
Actually no, its not. I forgot the bottom shroud when I replaced my water pump. Definitely didn't feel like taking my fan clutch off again and putting it on.
Well shit. I’ll put it back on then. I was just tired and I did the water pump in the rain, I was freezing and couldn’t feel my hands haha. Never got around to getting that back on. Thank you very muchThere’s your problem, the shroud is important.
