Sure, just have someone hold the brake while you climb under the truck and move the little lever on the side of the trans!
Well he posted pics of it getting new exhaust, then pics of the new tips, then the broken cable. So just wondered if it's been like that or it just happened.

So is it not able to be shifted out of park or anything with it like that? Did it just happen?

it works fine, when I was inspecting under the truck for what might have exploded I saw the bushing looks funky about 1/3rd of it is missing broken off, I see impending failure.

ya I think this is a weak point, that just snaps on the nipple it probably broke a piece off when they put the cable back on due to age

Kicked the tires, swore at it. Changed a blown power steering hose for the second time this week. Work was done Outside, it was -35 today.

Anyone else have to heat their starter solenoid with a propane torch to get it to engage properly. Grease in it gets to thick for it actuate properly or something

My rear power gate hasn't worked in three weeks, its too cold outside. Ecm disables it if its too cold.

I've lost my love for this vehicle at the moment

Odd. I went and navigated through their site and the second table of info in the FAQ makes it sound like the dvd monitor will connect and the headphones will work, but that neither theirs nor any aftermarket stereo will retain the function of the center console rear controls and I couldn’t tell if the remote still works or if someone in the front would have to control the video for those in the back.
the maestro rr retains all those controls

I was looking everything over while it was on the rack at the muffler shop because they are ones that installed the cat's and I explained about the explosion but we couldn't find anything, I just noticed the shifter bushing was looking funky and snapped a photo of it, I also need a clamp for one of the driveline boots but I know the dealer has that I had replaced it about 2 years ago must of just came off again. Also I was right on the cost of cat's that I had paid they were about $350 each and they said the price has doubled on cat's, now they are $650-700 each for aftermarket magnaflows probably due to the chinchong flu. And the pinion is sweating a hair

Ouch!

Does that go on the cable end or the linkage on the trans?

Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
both, goes in the hole on the fitting at the end of the cable and snaps onto the linkage, cheaper than a new lower cable and trying to finagle it on

How is the view while driving any better or worse?

So maybe you could say she saw the light? ;)

Well, tonight was my first time driving the Yukon at night with the new LED bulbs. I have to say I am impressed. They are a nice white light that does a good job of illuminating the road. My wife actually admitted again that she likes them. For the price, I would say they are definitely worth it. Now we need to see how long they last.

Is there anything that wants to work at -35?
