If I am remembering correctly, to remove the fan blades I increased tension on the belt which held the pulley from spinning.

I put the C clamp on the belt, but it didn't work for me.
@NoReverseYukon I need your info for an srs sensor. Just need 1.

I've seen videos where people don't use shit to hold the belt or pulley, just a wrench hit with hammer and there done.
I did the same but didn't work at alI, then i noticed there were a couple of holes in the water pump pulley. "This is were the hours glass starts to spin in my head". I got a coat hanger ran it through the pump and wrapped it around the alternator, got a wrench with a jack handle on it whacked it with a hammer and got it to break loose.

Did you wack it to the left or to the right Rene?

You could cut the fan itself off with a grinder/sawzaw then put an impact with a socket on the shaft and give it some dugga duggas.

I had my way with that *****--and won!
That maf code has been there since it was originally tuned--tuner was an a$$hole. The temp gauge is starting to move.

Returned this crap.
Don’t put it on the belt- put it on the pulley lip itself, and wedge it so the pulley can’t move. Then put your big ass wrench on it and WHACH THAT *****!
