Oil temp should have still been pretty low, how did it go?

I know, but I really wanna test it at 32° or colder for a worst case scenario. High 20s would be even better, but I can't get up that early. lol

It sitting is part of the equation, and I'm at least a week at this point. I know it was 12/29 last I drove it. Not sure if I did after that.

Thanks! Yeah I'm fairly certain its powder and a great choice at that. I'm not a big fan of red springs and was really afraid they would send purple springs since I didn't specify.

Set an alarm at 4am for science! It sitting that long is much longer than mine ever gets to sit. Even if I drive the toyota all week I end up having to move the Tahoe for some reason.

I did have a few more cold morning starts with no issues. I wonder how much 1qt of Lucas oil stabilizer effects viscosity of 15w40.

Nope she gone. Its likely that was the most miserable car I've ever owned. I hit my head everytime I got in, no front cup holders, no power, fishbowl windows so everyone knows your miserable, and worst of all it smelled like mold if you turned the blower on.

Got the mockup done and the coilovers assembled. The area of the bump stop that has to be cut was a PITA to cut with all the control arms in the way. I'm excited to pull them out to clean up what I already cut and do the passenger side with more room.

The coil is very close to the UCA but I cycled it and I don't think it will be a problem. with this setup I will definitely lose a little down travel, might even swap upper mounts to give it an extra 1.5" of down travel, but that can be done after some testing.

yea really you couldnt hose all the dirt off you lazy mf, use a stiff brush, and a toothbrush, remove all the frame coating and paint the frame before putting those on

also whats up with the lower bearing mount? did you get the metal sphericals?

i ordered two from jegs or summit a long time ago, well they sent me 2 BAGS of them with like 10each in there. i felt sorta bad about keeping them, dont tell anyone

Hey Bih! It's getting a car wash today at lunch, don't hold your breath on the frame painting though.

If your talking about these they are installed but I didn't have the little cone spacer dudes installed which also might push it away from the UCA a tad.
