3/8 foam rope is what I used on my nbs. Sprayed wd40 and slid it in. It kind of resembles a pool noodle just 3/8 round.
They're on backorder. But apparently they are trickling out. They questioned my order because the H3 mounts are handed, and I ordered two of the same part number. When I finally broke down and told them the truth, they were like "oh, okay". It took a few weeks, but they shipped.
It’s called backer rod, available at any hardware store, Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc. It’s normal use is backer for caulk joints.
