Went out and did some rolling shots on Sunday. Driving it every day and slowing making progress on it to get it where it is now has caused me to forget that it started out 100% stock with a crappy metal grill. Can we all take a moment and laugh that I thought that looked good hahaha.

Also, I think it's time to go an inch lower all the way around. Which makes for a good excuse to finally buy a welder and get rid of the attempt of a 4 link GM did.

Thank you all for the love lol, I was not expecting that.

What are the plans instead of the 4 link?

It will still be a 4link, but im going to move them inside the frame rail. On the axle I'll cut the factory coil perch and weld up a bracket for the upper and lower bars and weld a cross bar to the frame and run a traditional coilover just like the truck guys do. Then up front I'll weld in the other brackets so I can have full adjustment of bar angle, preload, pinion angle, and ride height. Ill have to notch the frame a bit for the axle and figure out what to do for the track bar and sway bar, but it can be done.

Sounds interesting, make sure to document it with pics. What are the plans for the fuel tank?

They’re that slow? I just put mine in the mail a couple weeks ago. Time to contact Grant I reckon.

They never answer my calls or call me back. There is one guy I keep reaching out to on emails. Sometime he answers, sometimes he doesn't. They confirmed reception of the core wheel back in July. ******* ridiculous.

I think there’s companies that are using Covid as an excuse for ****** customer service because they can get away with it. There’s no excuse in your case, that shouldn’t drag on for ****** months and at least they should be communicating with you. ********.

Wanna change the red gmc logo front and rear on my 08 Yukon Denali to black. Mask and paint, or vinyl cutouts?

Just buy new ones and swap them out. That's what I did, cost about $69.

Front is easy if you get behind it and push the clips in.

Rear use fishing line or dental floss behind old one to get off, clean off any remaining sticky tape, and stick on new one.
