This is just from today... she tries to bypass the entire judicial system and email someone on the judge's staff.
Hilarious as it may sound of her repetitive lies, she tries to have it sent directly to the judge...
Mind you, I've been waiting for well over a month for my court "DATE", just a date, and my emergency motions have no dates on them either.
Nothing is an emergency right now.
So, the lady says, you need to file it yourself or through your attorney, and since you asked me to send it to the judge, now I have to CC both the other parties attorney "Me" and your attorney so they know I will NOT be sending this to the judge.
It was an email of her entire recent life story, based on her lies. Said we've been together for much longer than we have.. said she told me she wanted to separate. Mind you, we haven't been a couple for many years. It was a cohabitation that I stayed only to be there to raise my daughter and keep her away from her mother's insanity as best I could.
Said she was living a normal life before she was removed from "her" home by 4 police in masks and only had 10 minutes to grab everything.
It was 1 hr and it's not her home either.. same thing as the truck, it's all in my name.
Says the judge didn't believe me and took back our daughter and gave her custody... Well partially true. He did give her custody back, only because she lied and hide the cops pick her up on an emergency pick-up order, because she lied and said I was harboring the child, refusing to turn her over, was putting her in harm's way, was going to run away with her etc. I'm still trying to figure out how we can attack that in court. The only thing which is true is that being an ***** father in Florida, you have no rights until paternity is served and resolved. FYI to all your ***** father's in Florida.
Said she did not want to modify the DVI against her, but did so because she would get money. The problem is... the money was only going to be given if I saw my daughter the same day. Well she never has done timeshare with me and daughter since that court date. She had the balls to come back a week or so ago and try to say you can see your daughter... What she meant was I'm not ready to follow the judge's orders if you'll give me that initial money. This was all done through the lawyers. I said no, the money was only if she started timeshare that day after left court and it was in the written order we both received in court. She never dropped her off... thus she never got the money, and she has never dropped her off since.
Says I denied her other children a chance to get their belongings. Another lie; We had it scheduled through both a text to her children as well as through the lawyers on the day to come for a few hours and nobody showed. Since then, everything of hers and all the other kids has been 100% packed up. We made another attempt via lawyers to schedule again for her to get all her items over the course of 2 days because she was saying I'm withholding her items and holding them hostage. So, once again after she said that, we scheduled it and sent it off to her lawyer and she once again, did not show up.
She says and does whatever she wants. Makes up her own rules and laws and then when confronted by anyone tries to act like the victim. She's always the "victim". It's very sad.
Then she apparently said she was trying to refinance the car and had been in discussion with her lawyer...
First, it's my truck, and she's had months to refinance it. Cancelled insurance, put me a 100% liability with no insurance as well as possibly being indebted for life if she had an accident. I've still heard nothing from my lawyer in regards to that. It's 99.999999999% a lie. Her ability to get a loan is about as good as her ability to tell the truth. It's not happening.
Lied and said I was in court and testified against her ex about 6 months ago. No, I never testified against her ex 6 months ago.
Says I call the cops to harass her.
The truth would be too easy. I call the cops because my attorney said, document each violation with the police, to protect yourself and have record.

if you want your kid your going to need to be sure you have certain things in order
like her own room and her own bed, plus all the amenities, health insurance for her, choose a regular doctor for her and a dentist.
show that you are responsible such as paying the bills on time (not getting things shut-off), can provide enough food.
show that the environment is safe and healthy for her (that is the #1 concern for the court), i.e. no guns accessible, no drugs (even ones that may be legal), nothing dangerous in the home (dis-repair) or on the property.
if you have any skeletons in the closet i.e. drug convictions, dui's, warrants anything of that nature be sure you can show that those things are in your past, if possible get things expunged.
if you have to be at work then you have to show you can provide for childcare while you are at work and she is not in school.
just have all your ducks in a row, I've been there and prepared my self for battle by making sure all of the above is covered and then some if she can pull anything out and say what about this or that just be fully prepared to deal with that on the spot HAVE WRITTEN PROOF, the courts won't accept anything less.

I also saw where the girl's mother is crazy as well. The apple does not fall far from the tree and the mother taught her everything she knows. The pair of them are no better than butt cheese.

Luckily for me, I don't have any issues, no skeletons and my schedule is super flexible with most being work from home... stable job, she has insurance through me. She has her own room/bed all the stuff a spoiled kid would have. My credit is pretty much perfect... no weapons, just OTC medicine here.
So that's all good news for me, just normal traffic infractions, speeding etc.
