Windows automatically open when using fob to lock doors

I have a 2019 Tahoe LT,, One of my key fobs works fine,, the other fob, after exiting the vehicle, and pressing lock button once on the fob, the windows automatically go down.. as mentioned it is only happening with one of the fobs,, the other fob is fine,,, any ideas or suggestions as to remedy this issue would be appreciated ,, thanks

Short of turning that window down feature off in settings, you may need a dealer to reprogram that fob. Sounds like the fob is sending two signals. It should only put the windows down when you press twice and hold unlock.

Thanks, I’ve been looking to avoid the dealer if possible,,, but couldn’t find anything online so far , that may end up being a last resort,,
