Put black 24’s on but now want to black it out?

I put some wheels on my car and now I want to black it out. I tried to vinyl wrap it while it was all on the car but was unsuccessful. Some parts were easier than others.

So maybe I need to either buy new trim which is very expensive or paying for it to be painted.

I have had pretty good luck with Plasti Dip, did a lot of my emblems on a 16 Tahoe I had and it cam out pretty good,
