Howdy folks!!

Newbie here, lots of nice looking rides here.
I have both a 2017 Yukon-SLT and a 2017 Tahoe-LS, I want to lift the Tahoe. I'm not new to this world, but I am new to this platform. All of my previous experience lifting these vehicles is limited to the GM K series.

What should I be looking at to get a set of 33 x 12.5 on my Tahoe without doing a lot of cutting to body?
I would prefer to keep my stock 18" wheels, but from what I've read this isn't possible, is that correct?

Thanks
Scott

welcome, not sure who is running lifted on a 15+ around here to tag offhand but someone will probably chime in with some info, sometimes the weekends are a little slower because some people log in from work, etc

Should be able to fit 33x12.5 on a stock or leveled rig. Definitely tight, but works. Not sure about the factory 18’s, but seen it done many times with the factory 22’s.

Welcome from NH.

I cannot personally help you with your question, but I'm confident the there are some folks on this Forum who be able to give you their perspectives.

Welcome, lots of guys run 275-65-20s with no rubbing or trimming. If you search around you'll see lots of lifted and big tired K2s on here. Then you can send them a PM or call them out like this: @swathdiver .

So I'm guessing from doing some more reading and the responses here, the trouble comes from doing a lift.
It appears that every lift 4" or 6" causes issues with using 33x12.5 tires do to the front end angles?
