One man bleeding FTW. I bought a roll of clear tubing from Home Depot and cut a piece about 12"-18" long. It slips just snugly enough into the squirt tip of a Smartwater bottle. I used my handheld butane torch to heat and soften the end of the tubing so it'd stretch and flare to the shape of the bleeder screw head when I pressed it to it. Let it cool and it'll hold that shape and snap easily and firmly onto the bleeder screw.
I've never had a good experience with the two-person method:
Me: Ok, push the pedal.
Me: ...
Me: Are you pushing?
Helper: Oh, sorry. Didn't hear you.
Helper: *Sharpy stomps pedal to floor
Me: *%$^%&*!! Easy! Slow and EASY!
Helper: Ok.
Me: You pushing?
Helper: Oh, you mean NOW?
Me: $&^*@&^#%$%&!!! No, next Hanukkah! Yes, NOW! Slow and easy!
Helper: *Slowly pushes pedal until it bottom out and sits
Me: ... Well?
Helper: I pushed it and am holding it.
Me: You gotta let me know when and what you're doing AS YOU'RE DOING IT!
Helper: Ok.
Me: Like we discussed- push slow and easy and let me know before you bottom it out and don't let up!
Helper: Ok.
Me: ... You pushing?
Helper: You didn't say "go".
