What did you plug the holes with? Just reinstalled the screws that came out? I can't see in the pics.

No the screws have like a 1/4" shoulder on them so they would not sit flush if I tried that, I just covered the blind nuts with dabs of clear silicone adhesive for now.

60psi at both idle and up to 4,000rpms. Going to test knock sensor connectors for voltage irregularities, hope to have the cats flow tested as well of my friends shop is available

I, as well, thought fuel pressure issue at first. Although clogged cat(s) present very similar symptoms as a weak fuel supply, I'm leaning away from clogged cat since you said it "just hit out of no where".

My next guesses are faulty crank sensor or throttle position sensor. Reading a freeze frame for the DTC or even live data would keep you from throwing unnecessary parts at it.

So this appears to be relatively new, what the hell would cause this? Visually everything looks ok underneath. I'm thinking rear control arms or panhard bar but both look ok. Am I bending corners to hard or WTH?

I had to ask cuz I wanna remove mine but not until I know how I wanna plug the holes. I was gonna reuse the screws, but now that I know about the shoulders...

My current plan of action is to use socket-head set screws with thread adhesive sealant and some plastic caps painted body color. I'd probably use a mild adhesive to secure the caps. I'd use a butyl-based adhesive cuz silicone can corrode bare metal.

Maybe something like this:

You need a stiffer sidewall for those 80mph turns Wes!
You think that's what it is the tires? the wear looks kind of new, rubs on the sides of the control arms also (right where the tire is), but I would think I would be hitting the bump stops before the tire would expand that much, no signs the bump stop have been wearing or even bottoming out. there is 1.5" between the tires and the rub marks

Looks fine to me. Just knocked the dust off is all. If the plastic was getting chewed, then I'd say it's worth digging deeper. Rubbin' is racin'! ...Well, I guess that's not the rubbin' they're referring to. And you're not bending corners too hard. "TOO" hard means you lost control.

Is the plastic in those areas flexible? I mean, I know it's flexible, but does it feel like wind turbulence underneath the car could be bending it outward, closer to the tire and you taking corners at speed rolling the body lower on the outside coupled with the sidewall rolling inward allow the light contact?

Just saw this response. Hitting the control arms is a bit more extreme.

Mount a GoPro where you can watch the sidewall flex and go for one of your spirited drives. Then post a reaction vid of you watching your footage.
