Any particular reason you removed the 3” lift?

It honestly didn't look right, and I was a little concerned on the wear and tear on the steering components. I ended up doing the 5100 Bilstein shocks and have enjoyed them. I upgraded to 22" replicas and went with Nitto Trail Grappler tires 33x12.5's. It looks awesome, but I am getting some rubbing on the control arm at full turn. I have hard that a 1/4" spacer might fix this.

IYO did it look like it needed taller tires? I am thinking about removing my 2” level and adding a 3” lift in front and 1.5 rear and changing the control arms. Would also add 285/50r22 Ridge Grapplers which are 11.7 wide by 33.5 tall. It’s the taller tires I ultimately want. I also have 1.25 bora spacers which puts me right at a 0 offset. Currently have very minor rubbing on back of well liner in reverse with 2” level and 305/50 G2s.

Are you able to compare the way it rides now with the Bilsteins to way an MRC Tahoe/Yukon rides when it's working correctly?

It had a little bit of rack which I didn't like, and I had 275/60R/20's Ridge Grapplers on with it. #1 it rode a little rough with the spacers, and #2 the tires didn't work with the leveling kit aesthetically to me. I didn't like the amount of wheel well I had, or the rack. Also going with the 12.5" wide tire changed the stance of the vehicle to me, and I really like it. Only thing I don't like is the rubbing at full turn. You are welcome to shoot me a PM and I will email you or text message you some photos of before and after if you would like. I am 110% happy with the changes made, and love how it looks and rides (although the Trail Grapplers are pretty damn loud on the interstate haha). Hope this answers your questions.

Unfortunately mine didn't have the MRC. So it was just a straight swap for me. I did however keep a 3/4" spacer on the front with the Bilstein adjustable ride height shocks to keep from maxing them out at full height. It rides smooth to me. I didn't think MRC came into play until 2016, but I could be wrong. Mine is a LT if that is the reason.
