Anyway that's exactly how I broke mine. No fixing it, I threw my entire grille away, cause I broke it myself
I had mine off because I was getting ready to colormatch.

Believe me, it would look like crap plus be weak. There's no way to fix plastic when it gets snapped in half like that; it's not even a clean break.

Yup not even worried since they are sending a new one. I just hate waiting, they said 3-7 days and it's coming from GA and I am in FL. Still no word from the paint guy on the hood.

Finally got the HD grille in. Also found out the the billet emblem my friend sent me was for a 1500 so I am using a bowtie from my silverado for the time being.

Looks good. Tight lines across that front end too. Going to have to paint those support brackets black though. They stick out like a sore thumb behind the grille.

lol well come to find out he new it was for a 1500 and he sent it to me because he figured I'd use it before he did, as if I bought another vehicle. But Another friend of mine had one and ended up selling it to me for a little cheaper than new so hopefully it'll be here before the weekend.

Yeah mine looked good initially but needed some work. Then again considering they are right around 15 years old and most are junked and sitting around, it’s actually a surprise they don’t take a beating on the tall front profile.

Going to look good. And worth the wait for sure.

Well cone caps for the rims came in and the new bowtie did as well. Waiting for her to get home to install the emblem. Also rims should be here next week so I can see if they'll clear the brake set up like someone previous mentioned they will.
