I took the day off from work today after hurting my back in the gym last night...I gotta stop lifting like a 20 yr old lol

I did some more custom work to the Escalade clock bezel using a sheet of 1/8'' black ABS plastic.



I made a cardboard stencil then transferred my measurements over to the ABS plastic



I used Q-BOND to attach everything together...this stuff is amazing! I mixed the black powder with the glue waited for it to start smoking then watched it harden into plastic! great stuff



Here is what it looks like after it drys...turns hard as a rock

I installed 2- 52mm gauges in the bezel but I kinda rushed it and didn't line them up perfect...I'll fix it another time

Just need to find my 4 gang switch plate for my rocker switches I'm going to install on the bottom half of the bezel one of these days

Looks good. Matches the size of the click perfectly. Which gauges do you have and what do they monitor?

Thanks brother, I have a bunch of gauges but they're all M.I.A. at the moment (too many boxes & too many parts)

For now, I threw in a voltage gauge and a clock until I locate everything...the holes will fit any 52mm gauge regardless. I was tired of looking at the open slots...I still need to add a piece of ABS plastic up by where the traction control hole is

I'm going to keep all the rocker switches together under the 52mm gauges...I have a thermal camera(night vision) I bought for my other truck I may use to fill in that area if I can get it to fit somehow

Finally got the rocker switches installed today along with the electric fans and lots of wiring

My dremel died on me so I had to go caveman style and use a drill bit and file to cut out the opening

So far the only thing I was able to get to work was the rocker switch for the electric fans, I ran out of spaded lugs

Nothing made me happier than my brilliant neighbor driving over my wire as I was pulling it in through the firewall! lol wtf is wrong with people

while testing the amperage on the new fans, I dropped the multi meter in the engine bay and managed to throw the belt off of the pulley lol...yea, it was one of those days

Headlights= 22'' led light bar mounted on the push bar...Rear lights= 2- 6.5'' led light bars mounted on the rear bumper(for people who drive up my ass or people driving with high beams on behind me)...Blow me= 52'' led light bar on the roof(for oncoming traffic who drive with high beams on)
