So glad my BIL is a licensed HVAC guy. A 12 pack plus parts is what he usually charges.

On a side note, He saved me a ton of money once. The capacitor went out on my house unit and he was out of town. Called the company who installed and their tech came out and replaced the capacitor and told me it was not under warranty anymore. He proceeded to tell me that I was low on freon and gave me the cost on top of my repair. I told him that I could not afford the extra and wrote him a $300 check. He told me to call his personal cell when I could and he would cut me a break on the side for half of what his company charges. Meanwhile by BIL comes over, checks and I do not need any freon at all. Told me what a capacitor cost in real life. I called the company back and told the owner that her tech was trying to scam me and her. She looked at my account and told me that my part was under warranty and since he did what he did, she gave me my money back. Thanks BIL.

Reattached driver side rear defroster tab to the hatch glass.

It's only been dangling loose for about 13 months. Lol
What did you use to glue it back? My passenger side is dangling but I figured normal glue would keep it from working

Frost Fighter Tab Bonding Kit

Normal glue won't work. You need something electro conductive, which is what makes the kit worth the price.

I used soldering iron to heat the existing solder on both the glass and tab slapped them together over a year ago. Has held up since then and the defrost even works.

Continuing a great tradition, used it to take wifey to a nearby micro-brewery and enjoy a few delicious IPAs.

Started the truck for the first time :chewie:

Still working on the tune as we speak but it runs and drives GREAT!!! This thing handles amazing from my initial tests and the brakes are way way better than before. I will get a video of driving and other fun activities soon but need to get the tune nailed in first, I was busy looking at HP Tuners data while driving to record at the same time. Had issues with MAP wiring at first so took a few tries to get started, also had a dead battery.... Oh well, it runs!!!

1st Start

2nd Start

3rd Start - Actually running decent lol

Exhaust Clip

I am doing a more complex tune vs just using MAF only so it will take a day or two to get correct. Still drives great... No leaks except an O Ring on the intercooler lid coupler and EVERYTHING was touched on this truck during this build. Amazing how it finally came together. Will get more pics and videos up soon...

My bug deflector was on with double sided tape and metal clips. Both ****** up the paint on and under the hood. My rear windows are visible clips and fronts appear to be just jammed in the window frame.

Anyone know of a better quality set?
