Got my front 2" level installed on Sunday, Summit one from ebay. New 20" rims and 275 60 tires should be here this week. These are 22x9 with 285 45 tires. Before in the front I was 35 3/8 to the ground and now I'm at 37 1/4 to the ground. The rear is at 37 3/4 on the passenger side and the drivers side is 37 1/2. Which means now to dick with the air ride. I basically traded my Sierra Denali for this about a year and a half ago. Have never heard the compressor run and I tried jumping it at the relay the other night and it didn't fire up, all fuses checked out. Going to the stealership later this week for the alignment and I'm going to have them tell me what's wrong with it and fix myself.

First side took me about an hour with my 3 year old trying to help and trying to get it in without removing the nut on the ball joint. Second side took me about a half hour. Well worth it.

I still have to lengthen the rods for the ride sensors yet. No dummy lights or errors but only drove around the block to make sure didn't hear any funny noises and rechecked to make sure everything was tight.

Yes, I'm going to hack the valance too when I can find time.

Looks like a clean Denali and love the side molding off! I would of kept those 22s and put a decent A/T tire on them but interested what 20s you will run. The fender measures all differently due to the GM lean most vary 1/2" or so but don't sweat it nothing on the air ride to tweak. For the front you need longer rods to make the electronic dampening respond like stock.

Got the 20s on after months of debate on to either paint or sand and polish. Went with a oem corvette silver metallic wheel paint and i love it. Added stock style lug nuts and has a 2'' front a 1'' rear spacer. Stock tires for now.. will go with a a/t tire when these wear out. And yea i work at a dealership.

Thanks i love the new look.. even if every soccer mom has it.. lol. Doing rods this weekend for auto ride/air and taking molding off and a couple of badges. Just detailed in and out.. gotta do some wet sanding and buffing and wipe down my weathertechs and im good to go.

Very nice stance, can you post a link to the kit you bought? I've been looking for a good 2" kit (seems everyone makes 2.5").

Search on eBay for 2" lower strut spacer. All over the place and remember it will measure 1" for a lift of 2"

Got some new factory take offs 275/55/20 Cooper h/t tires that just about look like a a/t for just about free, did the spacers for the links (gm style will post pics soon) and a alignment! Back sits 1/4 higher now which i like because i tow alot. Its coming along. Still gotta touch up my bumpers and de-mold

These are the link spacers used on new gm with air ride and lift kits. Front is for a 2" level and I modified the rear to think it is lower so it airs up more and raised about 1/2" overall. Made it a tad bit stiffer in the rear but that's ok. Love the tires even for a street tire. Just as wide as the good years and look good. Paid 80$ for the tires installed. Couldn't pass it up

Where you get those mounting brackets? About 1" in between the holes? Thinking that looks easier than extending the rods. Thanks.

About 1/2'' between the holes and raised the rear a good 1''. Guy i know in service got them for me. Ordered them through General Motors.. it is what they use on the new yukons and trucks when they do leveling kits etc that have air. Ill try and get a part #. Easier yes, but not adjustable. They are made for a 2'' lift but you can drill a hole down some and make it longer or just get a piece of metal and make your own

4 inches up front, 3 in the back. 33s and a 20x12 with 2 inch spacers all around.

Beautiful Tahoe! What lift kit are you running if you mind me asking and do you rub a lot in the front?

My rims are 20x12 with -44 offset, so i hade to trim alot more than what procomp said. I cant add the trim brackets yet until i fab something up that fits a little better. Surprisingly enough, i didnt have to do the norcal mod yet. But il find that out once i take it through a field.

Looks amazing!! I'm thinking about the same specs for wheels. Are your tires 35s and what are your ground to fender heights right now?

42 in the rear and i think 43-44 in the front. I did end up doing a small norcal mod just because i had everything to do it already. Front bumper trimmed x1.5 as much still rubs in reverse at full lock.

I knew it!! Thanks for confirming it. Doesn't look like I'll need the "norcal mod" like I was previously told. I'm at 46.5"front and 45"rear on my ground to fender heights...I just had to ask somebody with the exact wheels I'm trying to get.
