ok. this morning i started her up and let her idle for about 5 mins and then she died. i could not get her to start w/o spraying ether in the throttle body. i got her started drove 30 miles to work. once i checked in at work i hoped in she started right up ran to oreily for a fuel filter changed it out. she started up. on my way home she died at about 1100 rpm. i tried to start her but nothing i sprayed more ether and she started but died at 1100 rpm. i sprayed more ether and started her up keep my foot on the pedal and drove 30 miles home never letting it get under 1500 rpms. got it home and let her idle. she cont to run so i turn the key off and she dies. i turn the key she starts like no problem. i play around by reving the engine up to 4-5k rpm she idles for about a 1 min i turn the key off. i start her back up and she starts and dies once she get to 1100 rpm. i try to start her nothing so i take turns unpluging tps, mas egr, ics, and map and nothing works. so i wait a couple of mins scratching my head and said what heck ill try again and she starts and now i cant get her to stall again. i never got a code or SES light. its a 93 model. with 133k miles. need help asap.. need it road worthy by saturday. im going 120 miles to pick up a new atv!! :)
thx in advance!!

i would deff start with a fuel pressure test, it almost sound like you have an intermittent fuel pump.. make sure you do the test a couple of times.

According to my data there is a cranking signal for enrichment of fuel applied to C9 circuit of ECM. However the diagrams show it only with a manual transmission installed maybe a typo). it is fed thru fuse #8 "crank". You can also check for injector flow by having ignition on and grounding the non-pink wire of each injector while monitoring the fuel pressure and spray pattern. There is a possibility that the injectors could be clogged to.

had this happen to a couple of vehicles, it was always a bad EGR valve on mine.

is it possible that the module(icm) in my dizzy is bad? i read on a couple of forums that if you let your truck sit in the rain and cold weather(like i did) it will cause that module to rust

It is possible bit not always because of weather. If the terminal "C-Distributor Reference Hi" output fails to work properly the ECM will loose it reference for crankshaft position and rpm. The terminal "B-Bypass" also determines based on rpm weather or not the ICM or ECM controls the timing advance.
