Yukon 2003 BOSE without subwoofer?

That's my first post so: hi all and greetings from Poland!

I've just bought yukon 2003 4wd 5.3 SLE. I've got "BOSE" signs on speakers, so I assume there's a BOSE system. However, there's no subwoofer in the trunk (there is this speaker-shaped cover but without holes).
So, the question is - do I have a non-typical version? Or were there some versions with BOSE, but without subwoofers?

Welcome. The speaker that came behind that panel, on the drivers side, stopped in 2002. After that (2003-2006) they were in the center console. The Bose systems came with or without a subwoofer. Your RPO codes listed in the glovebox, will tell you which audio system your Yukon came with. 6 speaker system came without, 7 speaker system came with a subwoofer (or maybe its 8 and 9. Odd number system came with the sub). I think the three digit RPO code for stereo will start with a U

This came in an 02 Denali with Bose.
The rear speaker grill didn't have the holes cut out.

And how this car ended up in Poland? Apparently, the previous owner bought it from the US Army's base in Germany
