We already have Duke Energy that owns the lake. They tell homeowners what they can and cannot do with their docks. Part of the reason why mine doesn't have the Helipad. Apparently they dont allow them anymore.

Side note, electricians were there bright and early today. They already trenched the main power line from the turdbox house to the dock. I cannot wait to see this thing lit up at night. Super stoked!

Waverunners are ready to go. Got the trailer serviced and she's road ready for the haul to NC. Boat comes Friday. So much going on. Hoping this Summer is a good one!
