Interesting process to add a backup cam. Nice work! My cam is mounted on the two step pads, right in middle. Works great there cuz it sits directly over my tow package receiver hitch.
What camera did you use, and how did you route the wire inside?
I have a double din radio, and I want to add a reverse camera so I can see the lemmings that dart out behind me while I'm backing up.:D

I used this camera (https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01COZLP2U/) and ran the wires up through the rear on the passenger side, behind the rear trim, under the threshold trim, behind the glove box to the back of the radio. The wire came with the camera, and power is bundled together with the RCA. I'm getting a little engine noise interference in the picture though, so I'm considering getting a separate RCA and routing it on the passenger side and the power cord on the driver side.

It's been a bit since I've really done anything to the Nali. Been busy doing things around the house and yard mostly. Just about to wrap up a bathroom reno - new floor tile, new trim, beadboard, a new toilet, new paint, and a few other things. Money has been a little short thanks to that and buying materials to do a repair to our 6' chain link fence from where a tree fell on it from the neighbor's yard. Fun stuff. Oh, and our HVAC fan motor went out, so I had to replace that. Took longer than it should have because of a badly dented one being sent out first, but after several days of 84-86 issue temps, we're finally back down in the 70's.

But I finally got a few things sold and got enough money to get me some of the black Depo headlights, an Esky gauge cluster bezel with the chrome rings, and hubby okayed getting ceramic tint all the way around! Gonna be upping the ole girl's sexy factor. Lol.

Still need to finish up getting the front bumper camera installed. Got about halfway with that and hit a snag with how to wire it in to the interface. Got that figured out, but haven't had the time to finish everything up.

Also need to change the oil, put new brake pads on all 4 corners, replace a wheel hub, and a few other maintenance things.

I'll be sure to post pics as I get things done ;-)

Got 3M Color Stable tint all the way around this past weekend. 20% on the sides and back. 50% on the windshield. Very pleased with the results :) 20170708_184227-1.jpg

Put a coat of plastidip on the grille surround the other day. Planning to put a few more coats on it plus the glossifier, but it's been so hot latent that I've been hibernating inside. Lol.

I did get my black housing Depo headlights on earlier today. I just had to get them on as soon as they came in the mail. Love the way they look!

I also got some tinted fog lights and a 26" LED light bar to put in place of the lower grille. Both of those will probably wait until this weekend. I'll be sure to post more pics as I get things done.

looking good. You can get Lamin-X tint for the OEM fog lights to tint them instead of using cheap tinted aftermarkets. I never found any that would bolt in and look good so I went the film method.

Thanks guys. I swapped out one of the fog lights just now. Love it with the lights off. Not too sure about the look when the lights are on though. I have some tint on the way to cover the 26" led bar I'm going to put in, so I'll see how I like that and may go that route for the fogs, too, instead of the already tinted ones.

Not to sound like a killjoy- but-doesn't putting tint on a led light bar kind of defeat the reason you're putting it on? It'll look good when the light is off, but the light output will be terrible. BTW, the tinted fogs look great!

That front end looks killer! Color matched surround piece just looks so clean! I just had it done to mine and it's awesome! I also have the same depo headlights and they look great! They look even better on your black truck!

If I *really* needed a lot of extra light then I wouldn't do it, but around here I rarely even have to put on my brights, so it'll only rarely ever be needed at all, so I figure I can sacrifice some light quality for my vanity. Lol. If it's too bad though, I'll peel it off. The tint is cheap enough that I'm not too worried about it either way ;-)

Ignore the still stock driver side fog light, lol, we've had SO much rain the last several days that I haven't had much of a chance to change it out. I barely got a chance to put a couple more coats of black plastidip on and mostly dried yesterday before it rained. No glossifier yet - probably won't fool with it this go round because I'm not really happy with how the texture came out. I'll eventually peel it all off, try again, and assuming I get a smoother texture then I'll add the glossifier. But I'm still loving the look!!!
