2012 Tahoe LT and i HAD to pull the entire interior to deep clean the carpet. Fast forward and we're reinstalling the center console and I find this plug doesn't have a mate..... does anyone know wtf it goes to? Black and Red with white stripe. I'm lost and still don't know as everything seems to be plugged in thanks!

Was there a light inside console .
Power and ground, iirc its for the rear cig lighter outlet on back of console or the one inside the console
No.. there is a spot on the side that looks like a speaker or microphone should go there isn't anything behind it.

We checked that it had power to that without this being plugged in and there is 12v.
Also you wouldn’t happen to have a pic of the passenger kick panel and passenger side door sill wire harness, im curious about something

Most of the harnesses are the same regardless of options otherwise GM would have to make 10 different harnesses for every product line. So not every plug on every harness in every vehicle is used. It might be for an option your vehicle doesn’t have. We tend not to notice an unused plug when we are disassembling something unless we label every single one as we are working because as soon as you unplug something there’s a plug not being used.

Maybe center seat power outlet in the diagrams?
See if removing AUX PWR 2 fuse on left side of dash cuts power to it..
