wires shouldnt be an issue.. 99.9% of shops will never even offer wire upgrade as an option because on some vehicles (ours for sure) its a nightmare to get the wires back through the stock loom.

unless the wire is nicked? and the clipping is coming from it grounding out?

a nicked wire is what i was getting at... ya i understand shops dont offer an upgrade like that but i guess im **** bout things like that... good majority of the time when i install upgraded speakers i just like running new wire... especially in the doors but most of the vehicles ive owned have been older and i never trusted the wires in the doors from all the opening and closing...... but man thanks for the rest of the info bout loads and what not... learn somethin new every day lol:Handshake:

Weelllllll there is 2 ways.. 1 way.. is to just run a pigtail off the back of the radio to the output side of the amp and wire the speaker wires into the speakers they belong.. thats pretty much the easiest and most straightforward way..

they make amp bypasses and stuff.. but this way you can kinda keep the hub in an area..
