Just got these Texas Edition 28 Replicas. Have 2" belltech drop keys in front and Tonys 6 drop springs in the rear with stock isolators on springs. Still working on the front drop.

@Young28 had one of the sickest rides on 28s. Look up his build thread. 'Twas an amazing ride!!

They have 295-25-28 tires. They guys at the tire shop didn't think they fit. It rubs on hard turns and on rear upper control arm bolt and bracket. For the rear I'm gonna try to order Spohn adjustable lower control arm to push the rear wheels more back and away from the upper control arm rubbing.

Looks good, can't wait until the spring (buffalo isn't good for wheels after september) to put my 28s on my 15 Yukon XL...

It actually rides very smooth for what it is. Tony's dropped springs helped a lot cause my Djm springs were bouncy. Now it's smooth ride, but I do try to swang around pot holes since the tire has like no sidewall lol

Yeah I was thinking about cutting the part where it rubs, and the angle grinder is a good idea for the bolt. I placed an order for the adustable lower control arms for the rear. Hopefully if they help I can get away without the cutting and grinding lol cause I like the way it tucks the rear tires a bit

Yeah The rear control arms worked, and they look nice!

Did you just do the lowers or both upper and lower? Are they Spohn and did you need a 4 wheel alignment after? I know that's a few questions but I've been considering it. My tires rub but only when cornering hard. Thanks!

I just had to use Spohn rear lower adjustable control arms. I didn't get it aligned, it drives fine to me. If I mess with the front then I will aligne it. I pushed my wheel the most back I could, to make surr

I had installed the one inch spacer in the rear meanwhile I fixed the rubbing. I'll take a pic soon when I take them off to get the full 6" rear drop. This is how it looks now
