Yea, I was looking around eBay after a few drinks and ran across spohn's ebay account. I noticed how wimpy the factory piece is while installing my hellwig rear bar. It completely slipped my mine that you had them as well. Sorry.

How much tony ? would i be needing the lca and UCa or can i just run the panhard bar with my 3/5 drop kit with jdm hardware

You don't need RLCA or UCA to use adjustable panhard. The rear arms will stiffen up and give adjustability if wanted. But a panhard bar alone will definitely help re center that axle, which in turn will take some stress off rear bars by getting them back in line.
I do love my adjustable RLCA, and would suggest to anyone looking to stiffen up the rear. But panhard bar alone helped with the issues I was having with rear end popping from RLCA being off center. Adjustable RLCA just beefed/stiffened it up better IMO. Which can have it's side affects being a daily.

If I were to do RLCA would go with the del-sphere bushings for better daily driver feel. When I do uppers, they will be del-sphere and replace my lowers with just the bushings also.

Question, would a coilover swap be as simple as drop the tbars. Swap out the lower and upper control arms from a Silverado? I know the spindles are the same for Silverado and Tahoe whether you are torsion or coil.

Im not sure. There is a big long thread on Performancetrucks.net about coilover conversion for the Silverados but I will probably fabricate my own mounts and use the DJM lower arms that are on the Tahoe now.

I've read this thread you're talking about the guy raves about the ride quality and control he gained from it!

You talking about Atomic's set up?

Are pads and rotors considered a mod?

Yes, but I want to completley cut off the stock upper shock mount and fabricate a beefier adjustable upper mount. This way I can have more shock travel and still have the ability to go super low or raise it back up to stock height. I've considered bagging it as well but I dont trust the reliability of air bags.
